We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

4. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Levision is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
