We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Where We Ship

We ship anywhere in Canada, to every province and territory.

2. Shipping Rate

Shipping is $9.99 per order anywhere in Canada, and it is free on orders of $100 or more.

3. Delivery Time

Orders arrive within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Prescription lenses are made to order, which is what accounts for most of that window.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

4. What Comes With Your Order

Every pair ships with a free case set at no extra cost:

A black case set with adult glasses and sunglasses
A blue case set with kids glasses

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs clearance
Weather or unforeseen circumstances

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Levision is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
